Over the past 10 years, I have read about 20 books on the subject of habits.

Some were a waste of time and didn’t offer anything new. They could have been summarized in a blog post.

Instead, I encourage you to give these three a read.

They’re well worth the time.

Book #1: Atomic Habits

James Clear

I first read this book in 2019.

And here’s why you’ll love it:

Who hasn’t tried to quit something and failed? But Clear doesn’t blame you. He blames your lack of a system of small habits. I loved the stories and the actionable tips in this book, which is still topping Amazon charts.

Book #2: The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People

Stephen R. Covey

This book was recommended to me about 30 years ago. It was a revelation then. But I still find Covey’s insights spot-on today.
